Hello,

we would like to create a Hostess-Setcard Database and send job offers to the hostess with a newsletter.

Q1: Is there any Newsletter toolset is compatibel with?
Q2: Can Toolset feed the recipient-list of a newsletter?
Q3: Is there a way to feed a Newsletter with variables?

If there is no way to do it with a newsletter, do you have any other ideas, how we can send messages to the e-mails in the toolset-database?

Cheers from Germany,
Saki

Hi Saki,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Toolset Types registers custom post types, custom fields, and custom taxonomies that can be used with any newsletter plugin that supports getting the feed data from them. We don't recommend or limit using any particular newsletter plugin.

As for your specific questions:

Q1: Is there any Newsletter toolset is compatibel with?
- Theoretically, Toolset should work with all newsletter plugins, which support getting feeds from posts.

Q2: Can Toolset feed the recipient-list of a newsletter?
Q3: Is there a way to feed a Newsletter with variables?
- The answer to both these questions is that this will depend on the newsletter plugin that you've selected.

The role of Toolset will be that you'll be able to store the data in the WordPress standard structure of posts, custom fields, and taxonomies. You'll choose a specialist third-party newsletter plugin that fits your requirements to fetch that stored data to use in the newsletter communications.

Here are some articles that review the features of some popular newsletter plugins:

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

Waqar
