This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

In the past, we've seen multiple "Toolset WooCommerce" field groups getting registered, due to some custom code/plugin.

Are you using any custom plugins or code on your website too?

Hello,

I set up a staging site and disabled everything except for Toolset and WooCommerce, and changed to a base WordPress theme.

We're still having the issue.

Thanks for the update.

Can you please share the temporary admin login details, of the website where this issue can be seen?

I'll also need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, in case it needs to be investigated on a different server.
