Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have created a content template in Toolset using a grid to split content into two or more columns. This content displays correctly when I am viewing the temp[late in the editor, or when I "View on front end" while I am logged in. (Screenshot attached - grid_format_logged_in.) However, when I am logged out or visit the site in an incognito window, the grid is not working and all content blocks are shown one below the other. (screenshot also attached no_grid_format_logged_out).

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Not specifically, although I did look through the support forum to see if others had similar issues and didn't find anything.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

This shows all of the content blocks one below the other - i.e. that's not how I would like it displayed.

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've checked your website and noticed that it seems to be hosted through a CDN service. Can you please test this again, after clearing all involved caches?

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details so that I can see how this content template is set up.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar
