Hi

I had toolset installed but deactivated after a while this left behind fields in the database. I would now like to do a fresh install and get rid of any old post types but it's not allowing me to do so.

Hi, can you give me some more details about the problem? When you say it's not allowing you to do so, are you referring to installing updated plugin files, deactivating post types in Toolset > Post Types, or deleting old custom posts? Are you seeing an error, or is a process just failing to complete? What screen are you looking at?

Hi Christian, I had toolset installed several months ago but deactivated the plugin as it wasn't doing what i needed. The latest version of toolset has the functions I need so I purchased a license and reinstalled Toolset. However, it seems like the post types I created before are still there, what I would like to do is delete and start from fresh.

I wish to delete the Custom Fields Group and start again with a fresh install but I get an error as per image when trying to do so.

Hi Joseph,

Christian is away for holidays, but I'll be happy to follow up on this ticket.

To investigate further on why this error is showing, I'll need access to the website's admin area.

Would you mind creating a temporary admin user account and sharing its details, in reply to this message?

I've set your next reply to private so that only you and our support team will have access to it.

Note: Please make a complete backup copy of the website, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar
