Date fields cant be set in Chrome or Edge

This support ticket is created 7 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Although the box for entering a date is displayed there is no way to fill it out.

Hi there, a few steps to try:

1. Open the browser console, click the date input field and look to see if any errors are displayed
2. Temporarily disable all plugins except Toolset, and temporarily enable a default theme like Twenty Seventeen, then click the date input field again
3. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page and see if the date field is operational

Can you please let me know the results of these tests? Then we can determine how to proceed.
