Custom template design

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I've made a template with toolset. But I am also using jetenigine to make blocks in the template. Now when I make a jet engine block and I edit the design it does show up in the back end but not in the front end. So I am thinking the design is overwritten. Do you have any idea how I can change this?

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this content template is set up in the admin area.

Can you please share the temporary admin login details of the website, along with the detailed steps to see the issue?
