I am trying to: show different product pages (woocommerce)
Basically there is this bug, that the woocommerce slug that I inserted in my custom templates doesn't show up.
Instead it is just empty...
Now the problem is that when I open a custom toolset template and I open it in teh Beaver Builder, I can do things without any problem. I then publish it and check and when I want to reopen teh template, a wrong template is shown and can't be restored...
On the front end nothing changes though...
For example use: hidden link
and then follow the steps I described above...
I can see the issue, but not sure if this is something that can be fixed from our side since polylang is causing the issue. I suspect is the way the translation is done and the loading of the information is why its not working as intended.
Can you edit your templates normally without views ? Meaning with views disabled does beaver builder still work normally ?
I can still escalate this with my findings so out team can have a look at it.
What I saw now is that when I create a new custom template, it already uses content from another template that I have created... that shouldn't happen I guess...
Our 2nd tier supporters worked on this one and found that if you delete the product content template and then recreate it, then the issue will be resolved.
Could you try this and let me know.
Thanks,
Shane
