I am trying to: show different product pages (woocommerce)

Basically there is this bug, that the woocommerce slug that I inserted in my custom templates doesn't show up.

Instead it is just empty...
Now the problem is that when I open a custom toolset template and I open it in teh Beaver Builder, I can do things without any problem. I then publish it and check and when I want to reopen teh template, a wrong template is shown and can't be restored...
On the front end nothing changes though...

For example use: hidden link
and then follow the steps I described above...

What can I do?

I hope you can help me!

Best wishes!

David

Hi David,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you let me know when this issue started occurring ? Also if you disable all the non-toolset plugins does the problem still appear?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

Hey!
It started to appear after adding polylang to my plugin list.

Would that make sense?

Best,
David

Then it seems to be an issue with polylang and the translation.

If you disable it right now does the issue stop ?

Hey,
I did and nothing changed...

It almost looks like that the content template already has content from another template, hence it gets overwritten..

When I create a new one, it takes the content from another template...

Any idea what that could be?

BEst,
David

Hi David,

This would need some further investigation.

Would you mind if I took a copy of your website using the duplicator plugin ?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi David,

I can see the issue, but not sure if this is something that can be fixed from our side since polylang is causing the issue. I suspect is the way the translation is done and the loading of the information is why its not working as intended.

Can you edit your templates normally without views ? Meaning with views disabled does beaver builder still work normally ?

I can still escalate this with my findings so out team can have a look at it.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hey Shane,
thank you for looking over it.

The thing is that even after disabling this plugin (polylang), the problem still remains...
Do you have an idea what that could be?

Best,
David

Hey,

okay, thank you.

What I saw now is that when I create a new custom template, it already uses content from another template that I have created... that shouldn't happen I guess...

Maybe there is a settings somewhere...

What do you think?

David

Hi David,

Our 2nd tier supporters worked on this one and found that if you delete the product content template and then recreate it, then the issue will be resolved.

Could you try this and let me know.

Thanks,
Shane
