Creating a repeating field

Problem:
Can WYSIWYG Fields be repeatable?

Solution:
WYSIWYG Fields cannot be repeatable.

The reason is those Fields that have no "Repeatable" option, cannot be repeatable due to their complexity.

You might use a Multiline Text Field instead, which can be repeatable and also accepts HTML but has no TinyMCE implementation.

This support ticket is created 7 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I am trying to create a repeating field.

I am in the admin screen for editing a field group.
I have created a WYSIWYG field.

I expected to see an option for making the field repeatable.
I expect to see the option in a similar position as it appears in this screenshot:

Instead, I see that no such option is available.
