Create link to relationship Form

The logged in user can click on a carer link for more details and then save (bookmark) them

Okay it sounds like you want to connect two posts in a many-to-many relationship. You can do that with Forms. We have more information about post relationship Forms available here:

Hi Christian,
Thank you for the links.
I am trying to have one button(as the two sides are know) which links the logged in User (seeker) and connects to the current viewed provider.

The help pages do not show how to make this happen.
