I am trying to: Edit the content template

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: Builder

Instead, I got: Blank white page

I have been editing the content template all week with no issues. Today I tried to edit it and it only brings up a blank page. Nothing I do makes the template come up.

I have not installed any updates to the theme or otherwise.

The actual content page shows as it should but I can no longer edit the content template. It only displays a completely blank page.

I use the Divi builder but did not update it between yesterday and today so I am not sure what happened. I also do not use the divi builder to edit the content template. Only the standard block editor as shown in the tutorials.

Please assist. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

When you see a blank white WordPress page, that means there are some PHP errors in your website, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

2) Also check if there is any PHPerror in your website:

section "PHP Debugging"

Both of those suggestions had no affect on the issue. The issue is only with the content template loading.

The individual post types load the "edit" page builder and so does the normal posts. As well as pages.

The only page I cannot edit is the content template.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Thanks for the details, I can download the files, will update here if find anything

I can install the duplicator package and see the problem, and I see below JS errors when edit that content template:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'match' of undefined

According to our document:
https://toolset.com/2020/01/how-to-build-advanced-sites-with-toolset-and-divi/
You should not mix Divi and Toolset elements on the same page, to avoid compatibility issues and make sure that what you build now will keep working in the future.

I suggest you create another content template, and edit it with WordPress blocks editor, and test again

I appreciate all your help.

I think I am just going to start over with astra and gutenberg. This is not the only problem that has been caused by divi.

That is the suggested theme and editor for performance and compatibility correct?

Thanks again!

Yes, you are right, it is recommended to use themes of recommended theme list:
