Hey there,

So, my theme content call starts with "include". Is there a simple set of instructions for allowing me to still use a Content Template?

As the document I mentioned above:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/theme-support-for-content-templates/
You should never add the following generic functions to this section: require, require_once, include, include_once, locate_template, load_template, apply_filters, and call_user_func_array.

Since it is a compatibility problem, please provide a copy of your website, I need to test and debug it in my localhost.

It's fine. I built the page in PHP instead. I just thought it would be helpful if there was a universal solution I could keep in mind for the next time I encounter this. I'm glad you retained the ability for pages to be built with PHP. Please do not ever remove this feature or the related documentation on your site as it's very helpful to me.
