Sorry Levi, just coming back to this, I'm not sure what to suggest as I'm struggling to reproduce the problem myself.
As it is you rather than your users who are affected by this, perhaps you could right-click the save button when it is inert to inspect the markup.
You'll see that it has a "disabled" attribute. If you double-click on that you should be able to simply delete it, and then the button can be clicked to save the template.
Theoretically this works, but since there are no rows and columns displayed in the WPBakery editor, I don't want to save the empty template and possibly lose the progress.
It's not that big of a problem to use Chrome for now, but maybe Minesh has an idea after his vacation, since he was able to reproduce the issue.
Thank you for your work and best regards!
Small update: It doesn't work in chrome anymore, even after clearing my browsercache. I am editing the template in Safari for now.

Hmmm. This is really puzzling.
I went back to your site to edit the template.
You'll see in the screenshot I added some HTML comments, editing the template (successfully) in four different browsers.
There does seem to be something different with Firefox: when I opened the template for editing it presented a screen as if the template were empty, inviting me to add elements. It was only when I opened the dev console to investigate that it loaded the existing content. And once it had, I was able to make an edit to the template and again had no problem saving.
Let me ask Minesh when he has some time from his queue to try the same.
Thank you for the fast reply!
That's very odd, I wonder how the editor looks for Minesh.
We'll see, but for now Safari does the trick...

Well - I can see the issue with Firefox browser and when I try to edit the content template I can see the empty WP Bakery template as you can see with the following screenshot:
- hidden link
But when I checked with the Chrome browser, I'm able to save the changes made to the content while editing content template using WP Bakery.
