[Resolved] Can’t register Toolset

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

I'm trying to register Toolset after a fresh install and it's not accepting the key in my account.

Solution:

Please make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset Types plugins, you can download it here:

I'm getting a "A valid URL was not provided."

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal.

I have searched in Toolset Types plugin source codes, there isn't any codes using: "A valid URL was not provided."

Please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset Types plugins, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020
3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

4) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Hi Luo,

I had Types: Version 3.3.10, so I updated it to Version 3.3.13 and then I could register the site.

My issue is now resolved. Thank you!
