I am trying to: edit my content template

From the screencast, it seems it is a conflict coming from a script file from a third-party plugin.
To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:
1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need access to the website's admin area, to investigate different settings and the error in the browser's console.
Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the temporary admin access details.

Thanks for the update and glad that the content template editing is working now.
The depreciations notices from your screenshot are safe to ignore as our development team closely monitors any changes introduced from WordPress and implements necessary changes, whenever they're due.
If you'll go to your website's site health info (at WP Admin -> Tools -> Site Health -> Status ), you'll see a number of connectivity and performance issues.

They're most likely related to the fact that it is a staging website from Flywheel, where the environment is set up in a certain restrictive way. It would be interesting to test the speed of the website's admin area on the live website and even deploying the clone on a different server.
Important: As your website seems to be served through Cloudflare CDN, please make sure that the admin area pages are excluded.
