[Resolved] Can I show custom fields for a single page, instead of a type?

I am trying to:
I understand how to show custom fields for a new post type created with Wp-Types.
Is it possible to show these fields only for a single page?

There are some fields that are only relevant for the home page, and not by any other pages.
Can I use any filters or conditions to show the input fields only if the user is editing a specific page?

Dear Leonardo,

There isn't such a feature within Types plugin, but you can try other workaround within Types, When you create or edit a custom fields group you can decide where to display the group, see below screenshot:
