I checked and there is no progress on the issue that you have on your website.
Please consider that the issue is happening only on your installation on your server.
The latest version of Toolset fixed all the issues in WYSIWYG Editor for all the customers.
The issue for your instance is that the same codebase with exact same copy of the website you have works on another server and our local installations.
It only does not work on your server.
We do our best here to see what is the issue on your server.

Is it a setting on your server or another thing, we could not find anything so far.
This is not a formal suggestion, but a personal one: If it is possible for you, please change your website server and see if it works ok there, if yes, keep using the new server.
But the dev team is working on this and I will update you if I have news.
