Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hello, I am using the columns feature inside the block editor. In preview, it shows two collumns, however in the live page, these changes don't seem to come through at all. Can you please help me troubleshoot attaching images of the editor vs the actual page, below, thanks!

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

It seems that the images didn't come through and to troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how these columns are set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the link to a page with these columns?

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi,

Thanks for writing back and for sharing the admin access.

During troubleshooting, I noticed that the "Disable Gutenberg" plugin is active on your website.

This plugin disables the Gutenberg editor's functionality from the website which also affects the Block styles and the columns don't show properly.

In order to use the Blocks editor correctly, this plugin will need to be disabled.

regards,
Waqar

Waqar - thank you so much for helping us. I tried your suggestion - and it worked! The block editor is new to us, but we're willing to give it a try.

The only issue we have, is that the block editor doesn't seem to be working 100% as expected for the blog page - you can see that, if you go to our blog page, the Toolset portion is correctly working, but *additionally* you still see another article below the toolset zone (is this coming from the theme?) Can you help us understand this?

Thanks!
Max

Hi Max,

Thanks for the update and glad that my message helped.

For the blog page, I've just replied to your other support ticket on that topic:
