Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

When I checked the back-end of the page that you shared, there were a number of script errors showing in the browser's console.

Your website has about 50 plugins that are not updated to the latest versions, including the Toolset plugins.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Two.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website, to investigate this on a different server.

I hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

regards,
Waqar

Waqar - I have updated the Toolset plug-ins and WP and our themes. The back end is still broken. Please proceed to investigate this on a different server.

Thank you for the permission.

I noticed that there were still many plugins on the website, which were not updated to their latest versions.

I downloaded your website's clone and tested it on my server. After updating all plugins and WordPress, I used the "Attempt Block Recovery" button for each broken block on the page and the back-end editor started to load correctly.

I'll recommend performing the same steps on your website and let me know how it goes.

Thank you. In my staging site I updated all the plug-ins and went to the page to try and attempt block recovery and this is what I see.

Hi! I am just checking in about my response above. I updated all the plug-ins per the recommendation and the screenshot above was what happened.

Thank you for waiting and during my further testing on your website's clone, I was not able to reproduce this error. This suggests that something specific to server/hosting is involved.

Can you please try creating a new similar view on a new page and see if produces the same error on the staging website? This particular page and view were created using an older version of Toolset plugins, so creating new ones can also work.

If it persists, please share temporary admin access details for the staging website, so that I can download the clone of that website too. I've set your next reply as private.
