Problem:

all the other archive pages populate when you load them except the author archive. It works on my computer and browser (firefox), but it does not work on anyone elses computer. It leaves you with a message that says "No items found", until you select a sorting.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello,

I have tried it in my localhost with a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugin, it works fine.

I can see all results in the author achieve page as a Guest user.

Please check these in your website:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2021, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

4) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

I tried what you listed and it has lead me to believe that the issue is with the browser and not the website. Not all browsers are having the issue and I even deleted the page and re-wrote it. I decided just to add a statement on the page to inform visitors to click a sorting method.
