Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests on my website with Blocksy theme and Toolset's "Image Slider" block, but couldn't reproduce this issue.

It seems something specific to your website is involved and to troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see how this slider block is set up in the admin area and you can share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message.

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing these details.

I tried to log in link, but it keeps redirecting back to the homepage. Is there any other security or GEO IP restriction in place?

Eventually, I'll also need a clone/snapshot of the website, to investigate this issue on a different server. If providing admin access to the website is complicated, you can alternatively, create a clone/snapshot and share it with me.

I've set your next reply is private again.

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

During troubleshooting on your website's clone, I noticed that when the blocks from the "Stackable" plugins are used with the Toolset's "Image Slider" block, some characters in the HTML of the slider's navigation is converted to a different format, which affects the navigation's functionality.

I couldn't reproduce the same on my test website, but, I've shared these findings with the concerned team for further review.

I'll keep you updated, through this ticket, and thank you for your patience.

Waqar, thanks for the answer and tips with the Stackable blokcs.
I've removed the "Advanced Heading" from Stackable that was above the Slider, and move the slider from the Stackable "Container" and it worked. The slider is now working ok.

But I will wait for the answer from your team, so I can use it with Stackable blocks without such problems.

I've received an update and can confirm that if any Stackable block is used before the Toolset's Image slider block, it results in some quote conversions in the output, that break the navigation arrows.

This has been escalated to the concerned team and for now, a workaround is not to use any Stackable block, before the Toolset's Image slider block.
