The issue here is that the user wanted to filter to out their existing relationships so only parents without children will show in the list.

Unfortunately I do not have a way to filter this out. Currently this is still a new feature to our Toolset Forms plugin and improvements are constantly being made.\n\nI see on our system that a request for this has already been logged.\n\nSo this is something that will be added in a future release.
