Layouts is a WordPress plugin that lets you design responsive layouts for entire pages, from the header down to the footer.
Layouts User Guides include detailed documentation on how Layouts editor works and how you can create Layouts and assign them to specific content, or as templates for all items of a post type.
When you ask for help or report issues, make sure to tell us the versions of the Toolset plugins that you have installed and activated.

Solution: In this case it appears another plugin was causing a conflict. Delaying that plugin's execution by modifying the priority seems to have fixed the issue.

Solution:
There was an issue with a faulty message that was resolved with Types 2.2.23.
It may be necessary to re-register the site.
Click the register link against the Types plugin which takes you to the commercial tab of the plugins page. Click the check for updates button if it is visible. If not, or it appears to do nothing, try registering the site again.
2) You can use the [jetpack-related-posts] shortcode to insert the Related Posts in a custom location within your post content. Once you insert the shortcode, Related Posts won’t appear at the bottom of your posts.
