Toolset plugins offer a built-in import/export functionality, which allows you to transfer what you have built from one website to another.
In our documentation pages, you can also find information on how to import content of an entire site into WordPress.
When you ask for help or report issues, make sure to give us some information about the data that you import/export.

Problem: When importing CRED forms, I experience an error if I try to upload an XML file, even if it was generated by the CRED export process. The error says "Unable to open zip file"
Solution: Create a zip archive containing the XML file and upload the zip file instead of the XML.
Problem: I have exported settings from Types using Toolset > Import / Export, but when I attempt to import the generated zip file I receive an error that Toolset is unable to open the zip file.
Solution: First, verify that the zip file includes an XML file and a PHP file. The XML file should be properly formed - use a service like https://validator.w3.org to confirm this. The PHP file should include a timestamp variable and value.
If these appear to be formed correctly, then it could be a conflict between other 3rd party plugins and Toolset. As a test, temporarily disable all non-Toolset plugins and activate a default theme like Twenty Seventeen. Attempt the upload again.
Problem: When I use the Toolset Export tool I am unable to download packages from some Toolset plugins. In Chrome an error is shown "Network Error", and in IE it appears to be downloading partial ZIP files.
Solution: Ensure no 3rd party plugins or server-side filters are in place that will limit the types of downloads you are able to provide on your site.
