Layouts plugin provides a drag-and-drop editor that is used from the WordPress administration. Using this editor, you can create layouts, assign them to specific content and design entire pages.
When you ask for help or report issues, make sure to tell us the design that you want to achieve and the layouts that you have created so far.
Problem: When should I use Content Layouts and when should I use Template Layouts? Is there a list of all Content Layouts?
Solution: Use Content Layouts when each post has a different design. Use Template Layouts when you want to use the same general design for multiple posts. There is no list of all Content Layouts. A Content Layout can only be applied to one post, so it makes more sense to access Content Layouts from the post editor screen.
