The customer wanted to know if there is a way to set the image from a Toolset term field, as a background in a Beaver Builder template for the taxonomy archive.
Solution:
Guided that this is possible and when you click the dynamic source option icon in the row's background settings, the dropdown includes the "Archive Term Meta" option.
Once, you select this option it asks for the field key and if you include the term field's key with the "wpcf-" prefix, it correctly gets the background image from the related term field.
The issue here is that the user is unable to create a custom template for their pages as the option is greyed out.
Solution:
In order to create a content template for this you will need to install our views plugin. You can download this plugin from the link below. https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
For this user they didn't have our Views plugin installed.
Problem: I would like to show custom field text labels in wp-admin post lists, but I see both the text label and the option value.
Solution: We have identified the solution for this specific example and will include it in an upcoming release. However, it should be noted that types_render_field is not intended for use in the back-end of the site and may have unexpected results elsewhere.
