We are trying to create a template for "LOCATIONS"--which is via yoast SEO and uses the file archive-wpseo_locations ... and we use OCEANWP wordpress theme. It says on the dashboard " Your theme doesn’t have a template to display Locations."

When we click on "CREATE TEMPLATE" all that comes up is a popup that says, Toolset plugins let you design templates for single items (Location pages) without writing PHP. Your templates will include all the fields that you need and your design.

BUTTON: Learn about creating templates with Toolset

And we can't create anything.

Hi there

Is your theme modified?

The message you see suggests that the theme doesn't have a single.php template (or more specific template for Locations such as single-location.php), and absent a theme PHP template a Toolset Content Template can't be made.

I think it would help if we could take a look at your site to check out the theme file and folder structure, if that's possible.

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

We use ELEMENTOR, but I don't think Toolset uses that ... so we /you would need to TURN OFF the CLASSIC EDITOR PLUGIN so that the BLOCKS come up again

Hmmm ... Just found this ... OCEANWP works together with TOOLSET--maybe this is the answer.

How to build advanced websites based on custom post types with Toolset and OceanWP?

Or maybe not on the OceanWP integration ... still says "Your theme doesn’t have a template to display Locations2." .... when i created the NEW custom post type ... Locations2

Hi Chris,

Thank you for sharing the access details.

I noticed that the Toolset Blocks plugin is not active on the website. That plugin is needed to be able to create Toolset Templates and Archives.

You can go to WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New Plugins -> Commercial.

Once the plugin is active, you'll be able to create content template for your post types, as explained in this guide:
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-templates-to-display-custom-posts/
