[Resolved] WYSIWYG Not Displaying at Custom Field (Secondary Languages)

This support ticket is created 5 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to create a custom field (WYSIWYG) for WooCommerce product editor, however the WYSIWYG is showing as a single line field at the WPML Translation Management editor.

Secondly, kindly check with your upper-level support team about the status of this case and update this thread as soon as possible. This project is urgent, kindly understand, thanks!

I can understand the urgency and will update you through this ticket, as soon as this gets fixed.

I can understand the urgency and the inconvenience associated with this issue.

Based on your comments ( https://toolset.com/errata/wysiwyg-field-assigned-to-woocommerce-products-and-translated-in-wpml-becomes-simple-text-inputs-in-wpmls-translation-editor/ ) and this thread, we have already highlighted this issue again with the concerned team.

Since each issue requires a different level of complex testing, quality, and compatibility checks, it is not possible for us to share time estimates for fixes.

But I can assure you that each issue is considered important and as soon as this will get resolved, we'll update our erratum page and I'll personally update you through this ticket.
