Hi all,

I have different content templates. I use two of them for products.

There is just a minor difference between the content templates, just the part where the Woocommerce "add to bag" button is generated:

- One button is showing the text "Add sample to bag" (as seen in category "collection")
- The other button is showing the text "Add to bag" (as seen in category "shop")

When you look at a product from category "collection", you can see the button "Add sample to bag" - example page: hidden link

When you look at a product from category "shop", you can see the button "Add to bag" - example page: hidden link

However, there seems to be a bug when you go from category "collection" to "shop" or vice versa, you will see the wrong button displayed. When refreshing the page, you will see the correct button. (and it will show the correct button untill you move again to the other category).

It took me some time to discover this problem, but as our customer tells us, the problem took place some months ago.

I tried updating all plugins but that didn't help. As wp-views v2.2.2 resulted in javascript errors with Woocommerce, we didn't upgrade to the latest version.

Hope someone can help us out,

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - this is not normal behaviour and this must be a conflict from theme or plugin or multiple content template available.

1)
Could you please check in the backend if you have two CT for products, that uses different button text for that add to cart.

2)
Could you please check if there is hard-coded button in the theme template that outputs a different button text/ that can override the WC Views set button text.

3)
Could you also check other then theme, if any third party plugin is overriding the button text, you can try to deactivate plugin one by one and check if that help you to resolve your issue?

Hi,

I tried your options and switched theme / disabled plugins but that didn't work unfortunately.
If necessary, i can provide you login details of this website?

Kind regards,

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - I see on your install that you are using outdated Toolset plugins as well as Woocommerce Multilingual.

Could you please update all Toolset plugins + WoocCommerce + WooCommerce Multilingual to its latest official release version and try to resolve your issue.

Could you please check now.

I've check the string "Add sample to bag" was not translated from String Translation:
=> hidden link

Now I can see all products with "Add to Bag" text.
