wpv-post-featured-image with crop "true" doesn't work in Fields and Text Block

Hi, I've added this shortcode to a Fields and Text:

[wpv-post-featured-image size="custom" width="600" height="360" crop="true"]

I'm not getting any output.

If I use:

[wpv-post-featured-image size="medium"]
[wpv-post-featured-image]

It works fine.

Is it a bug?

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests on my website with images of different dimensions, but couldn't reproduce this.

Can you please use the "Regenerate Thumbnails" plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ ), to regenerate all the image thumbnails on the website and then check the shortcode again?

If the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details along with the link to a page where this shortcode can be seen.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
