WPML translation editor not saving the custom field value

This support ticket is created 4 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have set a Woocommerce product custom field with Toolset as single line text.

This field is set as translatable in WPML.

When I create a product in english and translate it to french, I can translate this field with WPML translation editor.

When I switch to the product edit page in french (I need to set file fields in secondary language), the field is empty.

What am I doing wrong ?

Hi,
The latest Woocommerce multilingual update looks to have fixed the issue.
Nevertheless, it is impostant to set the translation as complete to have the field correctly saved.
