I am trying to: use the CRED form Charge payment with this form option and have set to add product to cart then go to cart page.

This worked until recently for this form hidden link

But now the posts are being created and the product isn't being added to the cart.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you have followed our document to setup the post form:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-cred-commerce-to-add-payments-to-forms/

Especially, step "2. Connecting Products to Forms", make sure you have connected the product with the post form.

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

I have now made a clone site and disabled all plugins except Toolset and Woocommerce. If I do that, I get a functioning system with no issue so this seems to be a plugin, server or theme conflict.

I have created a workaround in the live site which is, instead of using the option in the form settings to send to the basket or checkout page, to use the "After visitors submit this form:" option to go to specific page (the basket) instead of "Got to cart page" or "Go to checkout" and adding a 3 second redirect delay.

Ideally, I'd find out what is going on though.

Thanks for sharing the workaround, please let me know if you need more assistance for it.
