When it comes to Iphone cursor , it is for all IOS devices. You can check it out with any IOS device.

As I mentioned in previous answer, please confirm these:

1) deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017
2) Use Tooslet form create a simple form, with only the post body field, test this form in a fresh page without any custom codes(no model popup), and test again

Here are what I found
1) Yes, I can see the problem with your instruction:
"MANAGE WILL AND NOMINEES" and use it to edit using any "IOS Device"

But the problem is related with the model popup window, if you put the Toolset form "Edit will data" into a wordpress page directly, without the model popup window, it works fine in the iPad device.

Can you confirm it?

If you can confirm it too, so in your case, I suggest you don't use model popup window in this case.
