This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user wanted to know if Toolset will abandon the API functions that are available.
Solution:
Given that the API functions are apart of our core functions that give users the flexibility to perform customisations, there aren't any plans to abandon the API.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.
Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.
Although Toolset always claims it builds a website without code, I do a lot of coding if I need advanced customization. I go through the home page of Toolset, I cannot find the menu item linked to https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/, will Toolset have a plan to leave the API support?
Since Gutenberg launched, it is very difficult to find documentation about the reference for classic editor, will Toolset total leave all classic shortcode?
No these API functions are a part of our Toolset plugins' core functionality so I don't believe these API functions will be removed. Since Gutenberg launched, it is very difficult to find documentation about the reference for classic editor, will Toolset total leave all classic shortcode?
The shortcodes will still be available.
Thanks,
Shane
