Hi Francesco

Yes.

Views 3.0 and Toolset Blocks 1.0 are essentially the same plugin code, but in Views 3.0 the new block editor to create Views is disabled, and you continue to create and use existing Views in the same way.

The new Views editor is just part of the update, and both plugin versions include new blocks from Toolset, so you can update to Views 3.0 and begin to design templates using blocks (including templates that are used for the output of a View), but the main View editor and Views functionality is the same as before, and your existing Views will continue to work as before.
