Why can't I divide the view loop into three parts like 'youtube.gif'?
Like 'youtube.gif', I want to edit 'view loop' into three parts, but I can't.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I can see based on your screenshot that you are using 3 columns grid. I am not sure why its not displaying 3 columns with your view's loop editor mode.
Can you please share access details and problem URL I am happy to check what is going wrong with your view.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
First of all, you have added the Layouts plugin which is in maintanance mode and i've deactivated it as you want to use blocks you should deactivate the Layouts plugin.
I checked and I am not sure whats causing the issue. The strange thing is that, I've created the following test page where I've added a new block view:
=> hidden link
And when I try to display that page on frontend, its not displaying the view that is added to the page - its displaying the blank page.
=> hidden link
Is it OK for you if I take duplicator copy of your site by installing duplicator plugin on your install?
Yes, I agree.
I took duplicator copy of your site and installed on my local test install and when I try to load the test page I created on your site without changing anything. I can see the page is loaded successfully with View block.
Please check the following screenshot:
=> hidden link
So, I do not able to reproduce the issue.
In addition to that, I see that the test page I've created you already deleted from your test site.
Can you please check on different server or check error logs if you see anything with your error logs.
Also, please check our severer requirement and make sure your server is configured accordingly:

I have asked my server hosting company if it meets the minimum requirements for the 'toolset' server. If the same error continues, I will contact you again. Thank you every time.
Sure. Please let me know if you require further assistance.
I told a hosting company called 'dothome' that I use to request a server for 'toolset', but I don't know what the problem is. It's frustrating. Should we change the hosting company?
Can you please try on different server - maybe localhost and check if you able to see it working.
Maybe you can try to create test site on another test server and check. Its too quick to decide to change the hosting but if we know what is the issue but we can say once we can identify the issue.
If you want I can show you your site by setting it up with test server but it will not help you to resolve the issue.
- Do you see any error or debug log?
Please try to follow the following doc and check if you can see any error on debug log:
=> https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging
If you're a local host, I think you're talking about my computer... How should I install and test it? Are you installing and using a program like 'xampp'?
Well - you need to have Dev environment installed like Xampp, WAMP etc..etc.. but if thats not the case, you can try to select different server.
However, I login to your site again and I see again you activated the Layouts plugin. As I informed you in my previous reply that Layouts plugin is in maintenance mode.

Do you still want to use Layouts? If yes, you need to stop using blocks as we do not recommend to build site with both using Layouts and Blocks. Blocks will give you GUI way to design your content templates and views.
Can you please confirm first, you want to go with Layouts or Blocks?
I need to activate debug on your site and would like to check error logs to see if I can find any useful information with error logs, if you are working with the site, please let me know when I can dive into your site and do troubleshooting.
The reason I activated the 'Toolet Layouts' plug-in was to study 'Layouts'.
Can't I use the 'Toolset Views' plug-in and the 'Toolset Layouts' plug-in at the same time?
I didn't know that.
Once the first "view loop" problem was not resolved, the "Toolset Layouts" plug-in was disabled as recommended.
(If it is not deactivated, you may deactivate it as you wish.)
This site is a test site for studying Toolset, so you can change it however you want.
How should I tell you the usage time? Usually, students study with the site from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in Seoul time, Korea, but after that, they can use it anytime.
Actually, you can use this site at any time. Because this site has a strong personality to study 'Toolset', it is being used for testing.
I'm not going to touch the tests you've created, so I'm not going to touch your name if you put your name in the test title. (Somehow...)
Of course, updating the reference site will reset it.
Anyway
I hope you find out how to solve the problem of "view loop" quickly.
As you said, we make a local host and view loop and it works normally.
'What's wrong with the hidden link' site? It's very difficult.
As you confirm that it works on your local site, that means there is server issue where you host the site.
Have you build your Block view loop and try to display the view on frontend - does it displays the results on frontend on your localhost? if yes, then its confirm that the issue is from server.
I will try to login to your site again and check if I can find with error logs.
Can you please check now with this test page I saved as draft:
=> hidden link
As you can see in the backend, I've added the block view with 3 columns and it successfully displayed on the frontend on above link:
=> hidden link
I've applied the patch on your site and replace the original file with the patch file our Devs shared and the patch will be added in near future release of Views/Blocks.
