[Resolved] Where is my pre-sale ticket that was supposed to be merged with my new account?

This support ticket is created 6 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello, I had submitted some pre-sale questions regarding Toolset capabilities and the information Agnes Bury provided in that ticket was very helpful and contained helpful links including a demo she created for me for review. When I created that ticket I created it using my personal email, israelcollazo@gmail.com, but then I bought the plugin using my business email, israel@synx3.com, so in the end of the support I asked her if you guys could merge that support ticket with my new account and she said, "I'll submit a request to our admins to merge your accounts."

Can you guys please merge so that the support ticket can be viewed from my new account?

Hi Israel,

If Agnes already sent off the information for the ticket to be added to this account then there isn't anything that I can do.

Could you let me know which ticket it is for reference?

Ok thank you I just wanted to make sure it didn't fall thru the cracks because the link to that other ticket is no longer available yet the ticket is not in my account.

I'll wait a bit longer.

There is no other account. I submitted a request for support using my email israelcollazo@gmail.com prior to buying your plugin using israel@synx3.com

And there is no support ticket number as it doesn't appear you guys use ticket numbers.
