Hello, I had submitted some pre-sale questions regarding Toolset capabilities and the information Agnes Bury provided in that ticket was very helpful and contained helpful links including a demo she created for me for review. When I created that ticket I created it using my personal email, israelcollazo@gmail.com, but then I bought the plugin using my business email, israel@synx3.com, so in the end of the support I asked her if you guys could merge that support ticket with my new account and she said, "I'll submit a request to our admins to merge your accounts."
Can you guys please merge so that the support ticket can be viewed from my new account?
Ok thank you I just wanted to make sure it didn't fall thru the cracks because the link to that other ticket is no longer available yet the ticket is not in my account.
