OK I've to admit it's a dumb question: now Views became Blocks, I add a View Block to create a new View or use an existing View... but where can I manage all the views? For example to delete one?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

with Blocks, the views are always created within the Gutenberg editor inside an element, it can be a page, a post, or a content template. We don't provide a way to build a standalone view with blocks yet. It will be available in an upcoming release.

You can still build views with the legacy editor, and manage(delete) the list of views, if you activate the legacy editor in Toolset->Settings->General(tab)->Editing experience. You will have to refresh the page in order to use the Toolset->Views menu.
