Tell us what you are trying to do?

Hi Support,

I seem to have a conflict with the View plugin and Elementor Pro.

I can't edit any page with Elementor Pro I've created after 20/06/2020 with a View added and when the View plugin is activated, but the page displays without a problem in the frontend.

If I deactivate the View plugin Elementor Pro can open to edit the page fine (obviously, I can't add or see any Views).

The problem seems to only apply to new pages created after 20/06/2020, weird!

After I turned on Elementor Debugging Safe Mode, the page open with Elementor so I know it's a plugin conflict.

With the View plugin activated, I can create a new page, edit with Elementor Pro, add a view and save the page. When I try to close the page, after a few seconds a get the message "Page not Found".
When I go to my Dashboard, I can see the page and it will display fine in the frontend. If I try to edit with Elementor Pro I get the message "Page not Found".

Hope this makes sense. I've tried to explain it best as I can.
If you need access to the site, to see for your self please let me know.

Please help, I'm going round in circles. :-/
Hope to hear from you soon.
Many thanks,

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests on my website with Elementor Pro and Views, but couldn't reproduce this issue.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the example page where this error can be seen?

Please also share the exact steps and I'll be in a better position to test and reproduce this on my website, accordingly.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar,

I don't why I'm having problems with that one page but everything else is working fine, and I don't what to waste your time trying to find something that's probably a broken link.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
