When trying to edit Toolset content templates, it gives me a timeout error 504. It basically damages the whole website. Today I had to recover a backup to make the website work again.

Hello,

504 error means there are server errors in your website:

Please follow our document to get the PHP debug logs from your website:

Hello Luo, thank you for your answer.

I recommend you save my website locally and debug it yourself while editing one of my two content templates. If I do on my server, it will break my two websites with the 504 error.

Would you mind doing that, please?

Hey Luo,

This ticket I provided more information than any of my past tickets. I was trying to speed up your execution, but it looks like I failed with it. Please tell me what exactly you need on Google Drive.

Please follow our document to provide a copy of your website, then put it in your own google drive disk, and share the link in below private message box:
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

#2311881

Give me your email, please. I don't want to leave a link with my website files opened to anyone who has the link.

Here is my email address:
luo.y@onthegosystems.com

After you send the email, please update this ticket too

I sent you the email

I have checked the onedrive link you provided above, but don't see the duplicator package files, please follow our document to export your website files:
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/
Put the package files in your onedrive link, then update here again, thanks

Thanks, Luo, for the explanation.

The problem with Duplicator is that it only deals with websites below 500Mb. Over this size, it's a complex process that is not in my area of knowledge. If I have duplicator pro, paid plugin, it looks like I can have their support team to help me.

If you can't work with my website backup files, I would appreciate it if you could duplicate the website. That's how my last tickets with Toolset worked. I believe it's much easier for you guys than for me.

Please let me know.

Thanks!!

I have tried again with the credentials you provided above:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/when-trying-to-edit-toolset-content-templates-it-gives-me-a-timeout-error-504/#post-2310847

But get below error message:
Error: The username toolset-2 is not registered on this site.

So I can not login into your website and export the package, please try these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
2) follow duplicator document to make a database only package:
hidden link

And share the package file in below private message box, also point out the problem content template URLs

I can install the duplicator package in my localhost, with below steps:
1) Deactivate all other plugins, switch to WordPress default theme
2) Edit anyone of the content template, it works fine, see my screenshot ct3.JPG
So the problem only exists in your webserver, if you need more assistance for it, please provide a test site with the same problem, fill below private message box with login details + FTP access, I need to get the PHP debug logs from your website, and debug it in a live website. thanks
