Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.
You are currently using an outdated version of Toolset Blocks. Please take a full backup of the network, then update the Toolset plugins to the latest versions.
After that, please check on any subsite if the issue happens with the default theme Twenty-Twenty-One, and only Toolset plugins. This will help us exclude any chance that the theme or another plugin is contributing to the issue.
If that does not help find the cause of the issue. Please explain the issue in terms of steps and provide URLs for each step. Because the video recording are blurry and I am not sure what subsites you are working on. Something like the following will be awesome:
1. I deactivate Toolset Blocks for the network or the subsite.
2. I go to the subsite (URL of the subsite).
3. I create a new post and add a paragraph block to it.
4. This works as expected.
5. I activate Toolset Blocks on the network or the subsite.
6. I go to the subsite (URL of the subsite).
7. I create a new post and add a paragraph block to it.
8. I get an error. And add a screenshot if possible.
1. If I disable all plug-ins and create a post, it's normal.
2. If I activate only one toolset block, I get an error.
3. And when I activate all other toolset modules except toolset block, no error occurs.
other : And map block disappears when you enter the address. But I can't show you the image because I can't test it out.
I see on your install number of third party plugins are active. To ensure that there is no conflict with any other third-party plugin you are using.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as with the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? Activate the plugin one by one. At lease you should run a test by activating Toolset Types and Blocks plugin.
it is "Akismet Anti-Spam" plugin
****
The problem disappeared when the plug-in was disabled.
But what I don't understand is that "Akismet Anti-Spam" plugin has been active since initial setup. It was installed before the toolset was installed. And there was no problem for a long time, but suddenly there was a problem.
And there was no problem with Akismet Anti-Spam enabled in other directories of mutisite.I don't even have another plug-in installed, but one day I suddenly get this problem.
We can obviously help you if the problem with Toolset but as per your test you see the issue when Akismet Anti-Spam" plugin is active. You will have to contact Akismet Anti-Spam" plugin support and check with them whats causing the issue and if they point out that problem is indeed with Toolset and share the problem then I'll be happy to escalate it to our next level support.
