Lee

I am trying to: View and manage a previously selected Property photo image.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
I would expect the image to display in window allowing me to edit/delete or at least view a larger image.

Instead, I got:
But all I get is my screen "greyed" with a single "close" button at top on screen.

I've tested with both Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers. Same results.

Dear Lee,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, the image file might be broken when you upload it, please try upload it again, check if the problem is fixed.

And also check if there is any JS error when you see the screen "greyed" with a single "close" button:

Javascript Debugging
Many of the operations in WordPress require Javascript. Any JavaScript error, caused by anything, may stop all further Javascript execution and prevent things from functioning properly.

JavaScript debugging is done using the browser’s built-in Developer Tools, more specifically, using a JavaScript Console. Today, all major browsers feature Developer Tools and a JavaScript Console:

In Chrome, click the Main menu button->More Tools->Developer Tools. Select the Console tab.

If the problem still persists, please provide the credentials of your website in below "private detail box", I need to test and debug it in a live website. Thanks

Thanks for the details, I can login your website, here are what I found:
1) There isn't any CPT "Houses" in your test site
2) I tried it in another CPT "Service" post, for example:
hidden link
in the image field "Service image", click the image thumbnail, I can see the gray window, see screenshot: gray.JPG
And you are right, the training site coded incorrectly, it should be a bug of Types plugin, since I can duplicate same problem in a fresh wordpress installation.

And I have escalated this thread to our 2nd tier supporters, hope it can be fixed soon.

Here is the feedback, it should have already been fixed in the latest version of Types plugin 2.2.21, please upgrade and test again, you can download it here:
