I have tried it in a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, it works fine, see my screenshot reference-site1.jpg
Please check these in your website:
1) Create a new fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, and test again, you can download them here:

2) check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
