This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
When I bought the license I asked them before because the plan was to buy the agency license, a payment for a lifetime.
Solution:
According to our "Buy Toolset" page:

There isn't lifetime licence any more, all plans need to renew yearly, this was changed in 2018 April.
