when blocks (v1.6.9 but it happened on v1.6.8 as well)

I am trying to: use aesus.com website

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
when blocks is enabled, the home page for aesus.com only shows the header and footer. this happened on 1.6.8 and on 1.6.9

I expected to see: a home page

Instead, I got: no home page...

--further investigating - it seems that blocks is prevening the divi builder from loading, but only on the home page.
I recreated the homepage for testing - and... weirdly... it worked. I have no idea what was on the homepage that prevented the page from loading correctly, so i'm hoping something jumps out at you from the error logs.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've checked the home page's front-end and the back-end and it seems to be loading fine now.

Some compatibility issues were faced with the latest WordPress 6.4, but they've been take care of through the latest Toolset releases.

In case you notice something out-of-place again, you can temporarily enable WordPress debugging and share any errors or warnings that are recorded in the server's error log.
