We need a Numeric field for currency that display a colon as decimal separator

Hi we are using numeric for currency.
In the front end we need the thousands to be displayed with a colon.
For instance: 1,000 for one thousand, instead 1000 or 1.000

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Unfortunately we do not have a currency fields and the only way to resolve this is to use some custom javascript to format the values as a currency value.

Is this being currently being displayed on the frontend ? If so please let me know the link
