We have WordPress 6.4.3 running on a server with PHP 8.2.14 and MYSQL 8
with:
Types V 3.5.2
Views V 3.6.14
Forms 2.6.20

We started getting these messages:

Deprecated: preg_match(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated in \IslamiCity.org\wp-content\plugins\wp-views\vendor\toolset\common-es\server\Rest\Route\ShortcodeRender\WithMeta.php on line 55

Please help.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've checked our records and found that these notices were fixed in the most recent releases of Toolset plugins.

Can you please clear the server's error logs and see if they are generated again, after updating all Toolset plugins to the latest version?

regards,
Waqar

HI,

We still getting depreciated messages:

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property CRED_Form_Rendering::$form_type is deprecated in wp-content\plugins\cred-frontend-editor\application\controllers\form_rendering.php on line 70

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property CRED_Form_Rendering::$_attributes is deprecated in \wp-content\plugins\cred-frontend-editor\application\controllers\form_rendering.php on line 288

Thank you for this report.

I've performed some tests on my website with PHP 8.2 and I was able to reproduce these deprecation notices, on the pages where a form was used.

I've shared these findings with the concerned team and will keep you updated through this ticket.

You can keep WordPress debugging turned off on the production websites to avoid these notices.

I'd like to update you that a fix for these depreciation notices was included in the latest release of Toolset Forms (version: 2.6.21).

You're welcome to update the Toolset plugins to the latest versions and let us know if the notices persist.

This ticket is now closed. If you're a Toolset client and need related help, please open a new support ticket.
