This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
How to add an existed custom field to another new field group.
Solution:
You can edit the field group, click "Add New Field" button-> Choose from previously created fields, see my screenshot, find and select the exist field "ID (In)", and test again

There does exist a custom field using same slug "fmc-id-in", the field name is "ID (In)", so it is expected result that you get the warning meesage:
"Warning: field slug already used"
In your case, you can try these:
1) Edit the field group

Find and remove the custom field "IID (IN)"
click "Add New Field" button-> Choose from previously created fields, see my screenshot, find and select the exist field "ID (In)", and test again
