I am trying to: display a view within a gravity form field label within a woo product (using the GF Woo add on)

I visited this URL: hidden link

I expected to see: The views showing the same as they do on other situations (including on the same form embedded on a standard page/post )

Instead, I got: plain text

Is there a way to allow the shortcode to work in anyway?

Cheers

Hi Vito,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you let me know how this is being added to the page ? Is this a WYSIWYG field ?

I believe that this doesn't work because its a field that doesn't allow for tags to be added.

Could you provide me with a screenshot of how it was placed on the page?

Thanks,
Shane

Sure please see attached
Let me know what you think

On the screenshot - the Gravity forms add on custom fields on the woo product page.
The view shortcode is inside the form selected

Hi Vito,

Thank you for the screenshot.

I don't think any shortcode will be interpreted if added in those fields.

What you can do is to try another shortcode from another plugin, if this doesn't work then you will need to contact the plugin developers to see if they are able to provide a custom solution for you.

Thanks,
Shane
