Tell us what you are trying to do?
My site was created with earlier versions of Toolset Views. At some point I want to change to Toolset Blocks - but I cannot get that to work on the site. I cannot get Views to load on any admin pages, so I cannot add / edit / change any of the existing components. Basically I am stuck with what currently exists, and I cannot move forward. I have reinstalled the plugins several times. The Toolset component is not fully functional - for example there is no Settings option.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Not especially, although I have viewed the various tutorials.

What is the link to your site?
rmhealey.com / admin hidden link
I have created a admin user toolset@toolset.com
Let me know how to send you the password.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

What if you try to navigate to:
=> Toolset-> Settings => General tab and within section "Editing experience", enable option "Show both the legacy and Blocks interface and let me choose which to use for each item I build"

This will allow you to give access to your existing views as well.

Thanks for the reply.
As I indicated, there is no access to the settings option in the installation.
I can only get the settings menu to appear by disabling the Views plugin.
When I do that, the whole site breaks down.

I have followed the tutorial (https://toolset.com/2019/12/using-toolset-blocks-on-existing-toolset-sites/) but it does not work because of these ongoing errors.

That is really strange.

Can you please tell me the steps I will require to follow that should help me to see broken site.

In addition to that I will require admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
