[Resolved] View using custom shortcode not working on new page, but works on existing pages

Update:
I found that you are using the "Uncode WPBakery Page Builder" but we only have integration with official "WPBakery Page Builder" pllugin.

I just checked by installing the official "WPBakery Page Builder" plugin and added the following shortcode using the "Text block":

[wpv-conditional if="( '[wpv-search-term param='mref']' gt '0' )" debug="true"]

hi there - you are here

[/wpv-conditional]

And I can see it works as expected.

Can you please check with the official "WPBakery Page Builder" plugin?
